Vinarstvo Dora Erzelj

The estate owned by the Turk family is known for its Dora Erzelj Wines. The brand grows only the typical vines of the Vipava Valley. The vineyards on the steep marl slopes around Erzelj, a little village on the top of the 300-metre-high ridge, produce only the best grapes. Dora Erzelj Wines are fresh, light and easy-drinking. The family comply with the standards of organic wine production with all the certificates. During the vinification process they use natural yeast which enable the spontaneous fermentation of must into wine.

The estate is run by Matija who launched the brand Dora Erzelj Wines in 2015 in memory of his grandmother.
