Vina Poljšak

The Poljšak family estate in Gradišče near Vipava has been cultivating grapes for over two centuries. The sun-kissed vineyards and high temperatures render the conditions ideal for growing premium wines. The estate offers guided wine tastings for individuals and groups of up to 30 people, with the option to tour the cellar or vineyard. They have great whites (the indigenous varieties Zelen and Pinela, Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Chardonnay, sparkling wine) and reds (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon).
