Posestvo Burja

The Burja Estate follows the time-honoured regional winemaking tradition, growing local varieties and applying the principles of biodynamic production as demonstrated by the Demeter Certification. Honouring nature, and especially the soil, the goal is for their wines to reflect the soil’s essence through the character and characteristics of their wines. All wines undergo spontaneous fermentation with minimum disruption to the natural path of the wine from the grapes to the bottle.
