Poljšakova Brajda

For generations, the Poljšakova Brajda farm in Šmarje, the Vipava Valley, has been cultivating four hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Vipava Low Hills. The small size of their estate makes for a boutique experience tailored to each guest. The leading varieties in their cellar are Cabernet Sauvignon and the indigenous Zelen, both marketed under the Tibot brand. Their select aromas and characteristics arise from optimally sunny slopes, concealed to a perfect degree from the powerful Bora wind.

Next to wines, they also offer spirits from assorted herbs. Tastings are prepared for a maximum of 50 people. In addition to wine tastings, they offer genuine Vipava Valley dishes, cold cuts, and cellar tours.
