In Planina, a village overlooking Ajdovščina and boasting lovely sights of the Vipava Valley and Karst, lies the Štokelj estate operating vineyards on the best winegrowing sites on the south outskirts of the Vipava Valley. The family estate focuses on local varieties, with particular emphasis on the legacy of the ancient Pinela variety which keeps inspiring their winemaking journey. The family’s attachment to their land and local tradition imbues their wines with a distinct character. Guests can take part in wine tastings for up to 20 people.

Bottled wines for purchase: Pinela, Rosé, Chardonnay, Planta White, Planta Red, Pinela Sparkling Wine and Ambrosia.
