A Home Along the Way
Amidst the vineyards, in the old Vipava Valley villages and the tall plateaus overlooking the valley, you will find many agritourism farms where you can enjoy true local hospitality. The homesteads are plainly furnished yet filled with warm comfort. Some also provide overnight accommodations.
The friendliness and openness of the local people will make you feel perfectly at home. They are always happy to show you around the farm, demonstrating how the unique flavour of valley delights are made. Of course, these visits aren't complete without a trip to the wine cellar where a good glass of wine is enjoyed straight from the barrel.
