Chef Uroš Fakuč makes it a point to personally guide the guests through the tasting menu. In June 2020, the boutique Dam restaurant headed by chef Uroš Fakuč was awarded the highly-coveted prestigious Michelin star, acknowledging its freshness and creativity, and confirming that it is on the right track.
