Headed by chef Uroš Fakuč, DAM offers a one-of-a kind dining experience. Chef Uroš Fakuč makes it a point to personally guide the guests through the tasting menu. The restaurant focuses on highly imaginative Mediterranean cuisine, pairing it with selected wines from Slovenia, Italy, France and Austria. In June 2020, the boutique Dam restaurant headed by chef Uroš Fakuč was awarded the highly-coveted prestigious Michelin star, acknowledging its freshness and creativity, and confirming that it is on the right track.
