Gostilna Tratnik
The inn, situated on the Col thoroughfare, which has been important in linking Vipava Valley and central Slovenia, has a long tradition. The inn has been recognized for its traditional fare: roasted pork leg, “bograč” stew served in a stew pot, roasts and game, traditional soups and porcini mushrooms. Signature Vipava Valley dishes are complemented with walnut and cheese “štruklji” and pancakes topped with homemade jams. Guests enjoy savouring the wholesome staple dishes with ingredients of local provenance.
