Arkade Cigoj
The Cigoj farm is widely known for its excellent quality meat and dried meats. The family rears pigs, capons and Angus cattle. They are especially known for raising Mangalitsa pigs and letting them graze on the estate. A special savoury treat are the dried meats that the farm produces: prosciutto, salami, pancetta, pork neck and Mangalitsa bacon are prepared according to traditional methods and are dried to perfection with great skill to ensure premium quality.
