Official ECoC Souvenirs: Biškotične biscuits and the Noble Adventures board game

To commemorate the European Capital of Culture 2025 Nova Gorica – Gorizia, two new tourist products. i.e. souvenirs have been introduced that combine culture, history, and gastronomy: the board game Noble Adventures and the Biškotične biscuits.

Noble Adventures is an educational and fun board game that takes players on a journey through the history of 12 castles, villas, and mansions in the area of the former County of Gorizia. Suitable for 2 to 6 players aged 7 and above, the game encourages exploration and appreciation of the region’s cultural heritage. It is available at the tourist information centres in Nova Gorica, Ajdovščina, and Štanjel. 

Biškotične – these special biscuits pay homage to Nova Gorica’s symbol: the rose. Their shape and flavour reveal the story of the Bourbon dynasty’s stay at Kostanjevica and the famous Bourbon roses. Delicate rose petals imbue the biscuits with a subtle rosy aroma. The biscuits are available at the information centres in Nova Gorica and Ajdovščina, with selected local providers, and within the distribution network of their producer – Brumat Bakery.
